By accessing this website, submitting inquiry forms, subscribing to newsletters, or engaging in business consultations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms represent a legally binding agreement between you and Coderaft India, headquartered in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. If you do not accept these policies, you must immediately terminate usage of our online platforms.
2. Scope of IT & Software Services
Coderaft India specializes in architectural strategy, custom software design, mobile app development (iOS, Android), enterprise web application deployment, cloud solutions, and strategic technical consulting. Specific work parameters, target milestones, and service level agreements (SLAs) are governed independently by direct statements of work signed by the respective corporate contracting officers.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless explicitly covered otherwise in signed master services agreements, all primary source codes, database structures, interface widgets, and graphics custom-developed by Coderaft India remain the intellectual assets of Coderaft India until all related invoicing dues and technical consulting compensations are completed in full.
4. Professional Compensation & Invoicing
Payments for our core technical frameworks (Starter, Business, and Enterprise plans) or bespoke software initiatives are handled via automated online clearing networks, wire transfers, or physical credit systems. Accounts falling past 15 days in arrears will face temporary services access interruptions.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any legal actions, arbitration disputes, or structural copyright claims arising from our website usage, data transactions, or development initiatives are governed strictly by the state laws of Rajasthan, India, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
